How do I place an order?
Browse our products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You'll need to create an account or sign in to complete your purchase.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placement. Please contact our support team immediately if you need to make changes.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes, we offer gift wrapping services for special occasions. Additional charges may apply. Select this option during checkout.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept mobile money (MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo), bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and our flexible installment payment plans.
How do installment payments work?
Pay a deposit and spread the remaining amount over flexible periods (3-12 months). No interest charges, just a small processing fee.
Is it safe to pay online?
Yes, all payments are processed through secure, encrypted channels. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data.
What happens if I miss a payment?
We'll contact you to discuss options. Late fees may apply, and continued non-payment may affect your account status.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Delivery typically takes 2-5 business days within Accra and 3-7 days for other regions in Ghana. Express delivery available.
Do you deliver outside Ghana?
Currently, we only deliver within Ghana. We're working on expanding our delivery network to other West African countries.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary by location and order value. Free shipping on orders over GHS 500. Calculate exact costs at checkout.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you'll receive tracking information via SMS and email once your order ships. You can also track through your account.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Some restrictions apply to electronics.

Are there any items that cannot be returned?
Personal care items, software, and items damaged by misuse cannot be returned. All returns are subject to inspection.
